Momentum Check‑Ins

A Momentum Check-in isn’t a treatment, it’s a strategy. Rather than reacting to pain when it arrives, these sessions are designed to prevent these setbacks from arriving in the first place.

If we detect a red flag, we’ll bring in a senior team member to recalibrate your plan immediately. We catch the drift early – long before you reach the cliff!

Momentum Plus sessions are not discounted treatment. They are structured support within a long‑term journey.

 

Every four months, we repeat your physical assessments to monitor improvements in strength, agility, balance and endurance — as well as ensuring you’re symptom-free.
