Allie Routledge

Allie graduated from the University of Colorado in 2024 with a BSc in Environmental Engineering and again in 2025 with her MSc in Organisational Leadership. As our Operations & Growth Lead, Allie manages everything from clinical operations and marketing to our strategic vision, with one singular goal: making sure our specialists can focus on your recovery while you feel supported at every step of the way.

As a semi-professional heptathlete, Allie is no stranger to the world of injuries, rehab, and physical optimisation. Believing in the importance of being active for life – and doing so pain-free, she is dedicated to supporting both the Active X team and our community, helping others achieve this goal too.
