Went to Active X with a very sore mid back pain which had stopped me running and was extremely uncomfortable carrying out daily tasks. I thought it was a muscular problem but within half an hour Gavin had managed to diagnose the issue exactly to the specific vertebrae and to provide a regime of exercises and stretches. After 2 months I'm back running and have no pain. Thanks for your help Gavin and if it ever recurs I'll know where to go!

I worked with Jordan after a back spasm and my first severe sciatic attack which left me unable to stand. I had a great experience: I came for a lower back pain and Gavin guided me through the whole healing process (I.e. what to do / what not to do, how to do it) and answered all my questions ! The whole facility is great as well, you can feel they can treat anyone / anything ! Would go back if I had an injury (hopefully not…) but great osteo !!

I had lower back pain which I thought would ease off after a few days, which it did not, I had trouble bending and getting up from the sitting position. After two session at Active with Gavin I was able to stand up without pain and bend. I would not hesitate to book an appointment again, the quicker you address the issues the quicker you can return to normal. I can't recommend Active enough.
