Instability means you have one or more unstable joints.
Instability is something that usually develops over time. It requires a very specific set of exercises, and you may need to keep doing them for a long time.
The good news is that it can be fixed! The AXB team will build up your exercises over time. And help by mobilising the relatively stiffer parts of you, thereby taking strain off the unstable, irritable joints.
