Exercises to help Plantar Fasciitis

Today’s video is for people who suffer with plantar fasciitis or for anyone who knows someone that does. I cover a few exercises that can be easily added into anyone’s daily routine, which will really help to treat this condition. Massage therapy will also help.

This is the first of a series of videos that are part of my rehabilitation training that will be running over the next 12 weeks so look out for more.
