If you are concerned about your fitness level I would love to have you join our exercise classes in Edinburgh that take place every Monday and Thursday from 6.30pm – 7.30pm at St George’s West Church.

It is an hour of circuit training – and circuit training is a great muscle strengthening activity that will help anyone and is particular great for the middle aged 40+ group who may have been sitting around not doing much (you know who you are :) )

As well as helping you to improve your body strength circuit training will also help you tone up and can significantly improve your cardiovascular fitness (heart and lungs) helping you to feel healthy and is particular great for

  • Weight loss
  • Increased strength
  • Greater core stability
  • Postural improvement
  • Increased cardiovascular fitness

When you join our exercise classes in Edinburgh you won’t be expected to do more than you can handle and everyone is looked after and has fun.  You will be challenged but you always work at your level and at your own pace so that you see and feel the results.
