Chronic back pain guide 9

Today’s guide on helping you through chronic back pain (shoulder, neck and any other kind of pain) focuses on the importance of exercise.

I have said this many times before on this blog that the best way to help yourself through back pain is to strength your back, stomach and core area so that it stops happening or at least you reduce the number of times it happens. If you are a chronic back pain sufferer and you feel you don’t have to work out because right now it isn’t hurting think again. The BEST time to exercise is when you are not in pain to avoid it recurring.
