A warmup exercise routine for runners

My role as personal trainer involves me working not only with people looking to regain their fitness but also those who are training for competitions and/or are already fit and want to keep challenging their fitness and stay motivated to exercise.

Today’s video is for anyone who is a runner or who is thinking about taking up running (best to get a personal trainer or join a running club if you are very unfit/overweight) and it focuses on some warmups you can do before you start your run.
